There are three takeaways I really got from this program. The first one was the importance of always learning and adapting. Executing, learning and adapting is crucial to getting the job done and this section was highly useful to me. The second thing I learnt that was greatly useful was setting fake deadlines. if you have been given a 6 months completion period, there is a lot of time and cost overrun. However, if we apply the fake deadlines concept to our work we can finish projects on time and deliver it to our clients, otherwise the time and cost overrun is very dangerous for all of us. The third thing I learnt was monitoring and controlling the risk. Risk is everywhere and we cannot remove all risk. So monitoring, mitigating and transfer the risk will be immensely helpful to help us complete our projects very efficiently. Thank you for this highly enjoyable and insightful program!

"The number one concept I loved was setting fake deadlines in order  to get the work done on time. If we have two years to finish a project, we should make sure that the contractor finishes it in 1.5 years to avoid any time and money losses.
